Baan Lily... A stunning tropical garden villa
The stunning 12 x 6m private infinity edge pool and Jacuzzi is in the center of beautifully landscaped gardens designed to maximise outdoor living with a large Sala that has seating for 6 which is perfect for BBQ's. There are 2 large patio areas over looking the pool with comfy seating for you to relax or sun-loungers by the pool for sun worshipers to bask in some of the glorious Thailand sunshine. Also conveniently situated only 20 mins drive from Santiburi 18 hole golf course and country club which is one of the leading Asian golf courses.
The master bedroom boasts a beautiful 4 poster bed and walk in dressing room with bespoke walnut furniture and large balcony over looking the pool. The Master en-suite has a shower and a romantic 2 person bath tub. Bedroom 2 has a super king size bed an en-suite which is also joined to the living area. Bedroom 3 has a super king size bed and a patio leading out to the pool.
The large split level open plan living space with comfortable 3 piece suite, 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD, satellite TV and I-pod hub. The dining area has an elegant dining table with seating for 6-8 persons over looked by a huge stone carving of Ganesha.
Ideally situated between the beautiful white sandy beaches of Chaweng (3k) where you can enjoy one of the many beach front restaurants and bars or indulge yourself with a massage on the beach after a days shopping or Bophuts Fishermans Village (4k) which has a great beach with views across to Koh Phangan.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be received by email at least 60days prior to arrival date for full refund After 60 day period no refund will be offered but change to your reservation will be offered subjected to availability Rates Exclude Car rental is available but not included babysitting Any meals requsted by our chef
Payment Terms
25% refundable deposit is required to secure your booking full payment to made 30 days prior to arrival last minute bookings under 30days are to be paid in full immediately
